Payment

Paid subscribers will automatically be charged in advance based on the subscription plan, which can be monthly or annually.

All subscriptions renew automatically with payment due and charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled.

For “End of the Month” cases, if the selected date is not present in a month (say, the 31st) for billing, then the preceding date is selected. The renewal shifts back to the original date in the subsequent month, if available. Example: The customer has signed up for a subscription that renews on the 31st of every month. The renewal of the subscription will fall on Jan 31, February 28, March 31 and so on, i.e., the subscription will renew on the last day of the month.

Trial Period

The trial period can be any length and offers may vary based on the current promotion. If the subscription is not canceled during the trial period, according to cancellation terms, the subscription will automatically renew to the plan agreed on at the time of purchase. Each subscriber can only have one trial offer per email address.

Cancellation

Digital subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation requests have to be received prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If the cancellation request is not received by that time, the subscriber will be charged for the new billing cycle and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. All payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations during the first month trial period will cause an immediate end of the unlimited access subscription. The user will then have standard, non-subscription access, which includes a very limited number of free articles to read and full access to the comments section.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer service hotline at 1-917-905-2080. A cancellation confirmation email will then be sent to the subscriber.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued on any of our products. In the event of a cancellation, no future payments will be charged, but we will not refund a prorated subscription amount for the days between the cancellation and the current billing cycle’s end. In the rare event we do a refund, it is completely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The digital subscription will remain active throughout the remainder of the current subscription period.

We reserve the right to make changes to our print and digital products at any time.

Unpaid Charges

On condition that the subscriber’s payment method is no longer valid, the subscription will not be immediately canceled. The subscriber is still responsible for all unpaid charges and any collection costs such as collection agency fees, attorney fees, and other fees.
